Retire Slider does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. Plan processing stays on your device; voluntary email, device backup and files you choose to export are explained in the Privacy Policy.
Why this page exists
The California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the CPRA, gives consumers rights concerning businesses that sell or share personal information and, when applicable, requires a clear opt-out route. Several other states — Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Utah, Texas and others — give comparable rights. We provide this page voluntarily so our practices and request route are easy to find; Retire Slider does not sell or share personal information and is not claiming that an opt-out link is legally required for this service.
What the app actually does
- The whole model runs inside your browser or app. Your ages, balances, benefits, spending and everything else are used on your own device and are never transmitted to Retire Slider.
- Your plan is saved in browser or private app storage so it is there when you come back. Clear Data in the menu erases it.
- There is no account, no sign-in, no analytics, no advertising identifiers, no cookies and no third-party scripts. Every file the page loads comes from the same origin.
- The page ships a content security policy with
connect-src 'none', so the browser itself refuses fetch, XHR, beacon, WebSocket and EventSource connections. The current app makes no such request after it has loaded. - Routine access logging is disabled. The hosting edge may retain short-lived operational connection logs, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Files you create yourself
File Save and PDF Report write your figures to a file you choose. That file is yours; nothing is uploaded when it is created. Where you then put it — a shared drive, an email, a cloud folder — is outside this app and outside our control.
Making a request anyway
You are entitled to make a request whether or not we hold anything. Email privacy@yellowsunsystems.com and say what you want. Because there is no account and no calculator data is collected, we will normally have only correspondence you previously sent us to look up, delete or hand over — and we will tell you that plainly rather than asking for information we do not need. We do not discriminate against anyone for exercising these rights.
An authorised agent may make a request on your behalf; we may ask for written proof of that authority.
